Experienced HVAC Technician

Summary of Position:
HVAC technicians will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of commercial refrigeration, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and related systems.

Job Requirements:
A minimum of five years’ experience on commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems is required. The ideal candidate should have at least a Journeyman Oil and Solid Fuel license, and a Propane & Natural Gas License. A Journeyman Plumbing license, and/or a Limited Electrical license, or better, would be desirable. Physical fitness to carry tools and equipment, climb ladders, work in confined spaces is required. Also desirable are communications skills person-to-person and in writing. The successful candidate must be professional in appearance and conduct in all respects, skilled at the use of modern tools, test equipment, computers, and smartphone applications and willing to be flexible with work tasks or assignments. Candidates must be able to work well alone without close supervision, and work well with others.

Building Performance Analyst

Summary of Position:
Building Performance Analysts solicit and qualify prospects, survey mechanical systems, evaluate customer needs and problems, analyze owning and operating costs, and recommends preventative maintenance programs and system replacements/modifications to enhance the client’s business operation. Performance will be evaluated against annual sales goals.

Job Requirements:
The ability to understand each client’s unique business value proposition and analyze owning and operating costs in light of their business operation is the core requirement of this position. Strong sales skills are required.  Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, are also essential.  Candidates must have ability to travel locally, climb ladders, operate software, solicit first appointments and manage time effectively. Proven sales success in a process-driven environment is highly preferred.  Mechanical aptitude a must and knowledge of HVAC systems is useful.
